About the Startup

We are a dynamic startup, a product of Feedel Ventures, dedicated to revolutionizing the silver economy industry. Emerging from Feedel’s innovative lab, our mission is to help seniors through our comprehensive platform, catering to their needs both offline and online. It’s a pioneering platform designed to facilitate a range of leisure activities and support services for the elderly.

About The Role

As an Entrepreneur in Residence, you will play a pivotal role in providing strategic direction for our startup venture. This includes identifying challenges, developing a compelling vision and clear value proposition, meticulously refining the business plan, and gaining a deep understanding of core operations, competitive advantages, market dynamics, and the go-to-market strategy. Ultimately, you will be instrumental in structuring, running, and fostering the growth of innovative and exceptional business ventures.

Your role involves driving customer growth, structuring operations, and shaping the future strategy. Feedel Ventures is dedicated to providing funding and resources, investing up to 50K in the early stage, and supporting later funding rounds.

What you will do

• Research and analyze the competitive landscape and potential market
• Develop a compelling business vision, objectives, and roadmap aligned with Feedel's best practices
• Create a comprehensive business plan and financial model
• Lead startup planning and execution activities
• Recruit and develop a talented team
• Define and implement the product roadmap
• Formulate an effective go-to market strategy, testing sales and marketing channels
• Establish and manage commercial partnerships and accounts
• Cultivate personal branding, industry influence, and expand networks
• Lead fundraising efforts with support from Feedel's team and network
• Seek funding opportunities to support team growth
  

What we are looking for

• Previous interest or experience in a startup focused on seniors/social sector
• 2-6 years of experience
• Experienced in sales, insurance, or related commercial roles, with a focus on serving the elderly community and selling services
• Brings expertise in early-stage business management, demonstrating analytical abilities with a strategic mindset
• Highly motivated and driven individual with a passion for entrepreneurship and a strong desire to succeed in dynamic environments
• Highly independent and self-sufficient
• Highly energetic and driven individual with a strong aptitude for driving both strategic and operational aspects of a startup forward
• Strong communication abilities, adept at engaging with company management, employees, investors, and stakeholders

Compensation package

- Equity in your startup: you will be entitled to up to 70% equity share of the startup, including the shares you will distribute to other team members

- Initial salary: up to €20k for 6 months

-Feedel commits to invest in the startup up to €50k
